Choose the newest graphics driver from your laptop’s manufacturer.
If you are still experiencing problems, try a different video driver.
If you continue to have issues, uninstall the original driver and reboot into Windows Safe Mode.

To enter Safe Mode:
In the Device Manager, open the Display adapters tab.

Right-click on your video card and select Update Driver Software.
In Windows 10 Version 1903 or later, choose “Show more details” if you see a yellow exclamation point next to your device name in Device Manager; this means that you need to install an update for that device driver before it functions correctly (not all drivers need updates).
Right-click on each entry and select Update Driver Software.
To fix a bad video card, right-click on each entry and select Update Driver Software.
Then choose your version of Windows 10 and follow the prompts.
Once you have a working driver, continue to the next step.
